Should I take the Risk to drive?

If you've already gathered that many points, and had a suspension, I'd suggest you need more lessons and probably should not be driving without some professional lessons. Even if you wait a year, and then gather more points or have an accident you will start again with another suspension.

Yeah! Listen to Superfunk and F&ck the system. Then when you get into an accident and your insurance tries to deny your coverage and everyone is trying to sue you, you'll realize how smart of an idea it was.
And god forbid you hurt anyone while driving without a license. You can then call superfunk from jail and tell him what a cool *** dude he is...

Otherwise, you did the crime... do the time. Wait the 6 months.. then after that. Drive very cautiosly because if anything happens you will lose your license for a long time.

Sounds like you need to take a break from driving and enroll in a driving school. One of those schools that teach drivers to become better drivers.

Clearly, you understand that you are having problems while driving. Be safe and wait until you are once again confident and have been reeducated in the finer points of safe/legal driving.

Find yourself a chauffeur there buddy, otherwise you might do some jail time if they catch you. Problably not very much, but where I'm at they have a madatory 30 days for driving on suspended.

The problem is that if you drive on a suspended license you are not insured. Your insurance will have the requirement that you have a valid drivers license for it to work.

This means if you get into an accident you are going to be in some deep do do. I mean seriously, you damage someones car and their insurance company can sue you and make your life a living hell until you file bankruptcy. If you injure someone it is likely going to be jail time.

If you get caught again the penalties are going to start racking up, and when you finally get your license back you are going to be hurting because your insurance costs are going to be insane.

You can't beat the system. Either fight to get your license back, or put up with the suspension. Learn to follow the rules because otherwise you will find that the consequences could be far worse than you think.

.Don't risk it. Make other arrangements for transportation and save money while not driving. It's not worth it with all the Technologies the Police departments have on hand.

Just wait...trust me, bad things usually happen at the worst time. You would probably be okay, but is it really worth the risk of losing your license for even longer? You can surely find ways to get around for a while. Good luck.

If your worried about getting pulled over again then i wouldnt try driving if I were you.

Wouldn't you love it if people actually read your question first?

Here is the deal get your license back and keep insurance on your car while your waiting to get it back if the insurance company knows your suspended they will jack your rates. If your that uncomfortable driving only drive when you must. And learn a lesson from the past as to your future driving. They got your number so I would be very careful.
