Depends on the firm, and this is usually planly spelled out in your contract for employment. If you do not remember, then you need to consult your employer.
For the last firm that I drove for, they paid for damages in the liability, but I had to pay for all tickets and fees as a result of the accident and I was informed of this before I stepped into one of their vehicles for the first time. |

Who ever the insurance policy is in the name off should be liable to pay the excess fee.
So if the removal company own and insure the van you drive it is there responsibility to pay the excess. |
