at a red light and there is no damage on my car except a small hole in the bumper very small and the guy that hit me is car is now a total mess. He called me and asked if I was going to report it and said if I report it then he will also. And if I don't he won't and he dosent have a lincence !!! Should I report it. Please help

You should have called the police at the scene. If he was driving without a license, then that is his problem, not yours. Report this to your insurance company ASAP.
Always call the police and always call your insurance company.... Always ! |

You should as law-abiding citizen, make a report of such illegal unlicensed driving, unless you are also another unlicensed driver
What if hurt you with his unlicensed driving, and there is no motor insurance, he has got no money to compensate you? |
