I was in a car wreck last friday today is thursday I started feeling pain a few days ago and thought it was nothing. Now im in really bad pain that is bringing tears to my eyes. Is it too late to go to the hospital and have his insurance still pay? I just want my hospital paid for no money! I don't understand why i'm hurting now!

i'm a college student struggling i have no money myself really. I have enuf medical bills already piling up.

It's never too late my friend......this may be a matter of life and death, so if you stll have his information I suggest you hurry down to your broker or the insurance company and file a claim. A police report would help also.
If he was at fault, you shouldn't have to go through pain and then pay for it. |

If you have his information, then you can go. Call up his insurance company and inform them of the situation. |

I don't know about the insurance deal, but I do know you should at least go to a doctor. Maybe you won't even have to go into the hospital. (As a patient) Your health is worth the money. Isn't it? That is the question YOU have to answer. |

regardless of who pays, your health is extremely important and if you're in pain and dont get it checked out you could have health problems later on. Stop obsessing over this suing culture - if you're in pain go to the hospital for goodness sake! it might cost you money but it's better to get your health sorted out than worry about a few pounds! |

No, you need to call them, and tell them your having the pain. Go to the hospital, or dr, and keep any records that pertain to the injuries.. Most likely they will send out an adj to asses your medical injuries. |

The sooner you go the better your chances are of getting insurance. You should go to a doctor or the hospital regardless, because it could keep getting worse-- which could turn out to be even more expensive in the long run. |

Yes, I'm sure it can be taken care of and isn't too late. Something can be damaged on you in a car accident, and you might not notice for a few days. |

You can still file a medical claim against his insurance, providing you filed a police report and took all his information. Even if you didn't involve the police and if you have his insurance information, you can still call his insurance company and go from there. |

It's not too late to go to the hospital. See your doctor about this. Many times the effects of the impact of an accident are not felt for some time. You could have cracked your back or neck and be in for some serious problems if left untreated. I know people who have experienced exactly this sort of thing. |
