Now I've heard everything. So your now the owner of a car but you don't have it,right? Well you should get your car back if someones getting tickets in it. Call the police immediately and report it stolen. We'll get to the bottom of this some how.

go to your local DMV office.

And your state attorney general.
The DMV shold be able to obtain an address. If nothing else, the culprit will be caught shortly. I'm sure they are driving around.
Are you sure the DMV didn't make a mistake on the address?

Contact your local Police dept...if that doen't work, go to the Sheriff's office and if that doesn't work, go to the District Attorney's office. They should take a report and open up an investigation.
