Someone keeps blocking my driveway?

People talk about calling the Police but if you are in London the Police won't even turn up if you tell them there's a burglary happening!! If you are white and he isn't then you are scr@wed.
I would never have said anything to him but studied his habits then slashed his tires and followed him around with paintstripper on the bonnet and filled his exhaust with that insulation foam that gets hard and no mechanic can suss out..
Not for blocking the driveway but for being aggressive when asked to move.
At least in my mind I would have done that, [:-) in real life nowadays I am buying a flat where there simply are no @ssh@les, sounds impossible but very true, imagine leaving the door open and going on holiday! Beats slashing tires for respect uh? Bye bye Blighty you can keep the leechers.

post a sign "Please don't block driveway" -- if it keeps being a problem call the cops --- have them ticket him -- if he keeps it up have him towed ..

Call the Police and explain to them that you have made an attempt or two to speak with the nieghbor but he come off aggressive then ask them to speak to him.
He will be more politie to them and should stop blocking your driveway. If things get worse then call the police again they will begin to notice he's not trying to keep the peace ,and cit him for not keeping the peace.
but beware he can do simular things if you do stuff wrong

Call get him towed. A couple times will teach him a lesson. He knows what hes doing and that ya wont say anything to him.

Call the police and ask them what actions can be taken to stop this problem. Tell them you can't park in your own driveway because of this guy is alway parking his cars infront of your driveway.

Call the council, you can't block a drive; he should be towed.

I go over, and number one be very polite. Explain that you are waiting to have the drop curb done and that when his trucks are parked there they coucil isn't able to do the work. As I said be really polite, yes sir, no sir, please, thank you etc.

You could also offer to buy him a beer :-)

Try to work out some type of solution that will work for both of you.

I would just go talk to him and just nicely say
"With the recent road construction, you may not have noticed that you keep blocking my driveway. Would you please be so kind as to park in another area?"
If the person is rude and refuses your next step, next time he does it, is either contact you local association (if you have one) or contact your local police to issue him a citation.
You may not feel comfortable doing it but it is either that or just deal with them rudely blocking you in/out.
Hopefully it will not come to that and once you say something, they will feel sheepish enough never to do it again.

TRY TO GO TO HIM POLITELY AND ASK HIM CAN HE STOP PARKING AT LEAST ONE THE CARS SOMEWHERE ELSE SO YOU CAN GET IN AND OUT OF YOUR DRIVEWAY, IF THAT DON'T WORK THEN NICELY CALL THE POLICE OR THE CITY AND SEE CAN THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
