No the picture they take these days are digital and hooked up directly to their computer.
Honey it is an ID photo - not your glamour shot.

One of the reason is that I noticed when people come in for passport pictures (the really rich and stuck up people) wants all their facial blemish cleaned up! To the point the picture don't even look like them (I used to work for a photo studio).

No, but don't worry about it. The only one who will see your terrible picture is the officer who asks to see your license, and he really doesn't care. |

No. You can't bring your own photo. The DMV's camera is specially coded to put put all the correct info into your pic. |

No, your picture is taken on a secure system, and that applies to driver licences in every province and state. |

No, you can't bring your own. They keep the pic on file so that when you renew you can choose to keep the same pic or take a new one. |

No you cannot. They did take mine twice for me but lo and behold, I looked exactly the same! Just face it, you are going to look like sh_ _ no matter what. And it's okay! |

I have heard that some people have done that and sometimes it has worked and sometimes it has failed you should ask the person taking your picture, he might say yes ''you never know till you ask''. |
