i have an expired registration so the fee would be 91?

would this eefect my insurance?

the police officer was randomly pulling over cars he had pulle dover 2 before me and 4 after he gave everyone 10 tickets

First of all, u should get your car registered

and this would not effect your insurance i think
you would just have to pay the fee

i don't think so... it's not really a moving violation. Why did they pull you over in the first place?
