suffered whip lash and shoulder pain constantly for 2 weeks and occasional pain still 3 months later and expected to continue for another year (doctors prediction) also phsycologically still upset expected to take 14 months to get over it (doctors prediction) RELIABLE SOURCE ANSWERS PLEASE - NO GUESSING thank you

other party has admitted fault, and legal protection cover is taking on board our claim. We didn't ask for this - insurance company arranged it all including the medical from a private doctor who gave his diagnosis

I suppose it will depend upon whether the other party is proved to be negligent. I hope you have insurance cover in respect of legal expenses and that your insurers will be acting on your behalf. Only your legal representatives will be able to give you an indication of the amount of compensation you might expect. |

You have to lay it on a bit thick I take it you have put in a claim If you have take all the the physio and medical treatment you can they'll pay for it I think they have to settle in about three years you'll get about £5000 |

It was a non fault crash why would you want compensation? You have occasional pain and your upset, are you a big baby or a full grown adult?
You must have a very thorough doctor, he knows very precisely how long your physical and psychological symptoms will take to get better. |
