when it comes to car insurance can you tell me the difference between full coverage and liability

Liability will cover any damage that you do so someone elses car or property but not damage to your own vehicle if the accident was your fault.

Full coverage covers other damage done to other peoples property and damage done to your vehicle if the accident was your fault.

liability only covers the car you hit. Full coverage will cover your car if you get in an accident or if the other person hits you and doesnt have insurance

You want to be careful about asking for "full coverage" because that could entail a lot of extras you don't need.

Usually, "full coverage" includes: Liability, medical or PIP coverage, Comprehensive coverage, Collision cov, Towing and Labor and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist cov.

If you have a lien on the vehicle then you must carry comp and collision and state mandated liability coverage.

"Full coverage" could also include death benefits above the medical and PIP coverage, car rental cov and much more. All the available coverages is an education unto itself!

Don't be "insurance poor"...carry what you can afford and/or need. Insurance provides peace of mind and affordability for the customer.

with full coverage to make it simple.....if you hit a tree they pay for your car the tree and towing .....with liability they only pay for the tree.
