driving while suspended is a misdemeanor, however it will depend on your state and county if you go to jail immediately or if you get an appearance ticket. Most likely you will go to jail and have to post a bond. I doubt you'd loose your kids. |

Aggravate unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no insurance, without insurance I would say the car is not registered so that a ticket , no inspection, improper license plates the children were not in an approved car seat endangering the welfare of a child two counts no seat belt.
Than a ticket for what they originally stop you for. They will pick apart your car When they get threw with your going to need a lawyer. If have you have not committed any of the above DON"T driving will cost you close 3000.00 by the time your done don't be stupid |

I am thinking jail time would be involved. Child Protective Services might get a heads up about it as well |

well, possibly jail time, impounded car, and worst case your children taken away. |

Probably pretty serious - were the kids at least in their seatbelts; if not, then you are going to loose them for a while. If they were seatbelted, then you are skating on pretty thin ice. |

It depends on what state you are in, and how many times you have been caught doing this before. If you are a repeat offender, you could be considered a "habitual offender", and it is possible that you could have your license permanently revoked. If it's your first time, most likely if you have insurance and get your license reinstated before you go to court, the charges could be dropped. You may end up with some fines, and jail time is completely possible. I know it sounds bad to say this, but it also depends on what kind of mood the judge you get is in that day. |

Without insurance in case of an accident You might end up in jail and when you get out you may be paying off a lawsuit for the rest of your life. Don't even think of driving the way you are suggesting and BTW it's "LICENSE" |

Why don't you think about the children in your vehicle first??
If you get pulled over, you take the risk of having your vehicle impounded, you going to jail and your children having to go through the trauma of not only seeing all of this but having to go to the police station and your kids and family dealing with child services.
Don't be a fool!!! |

child endangerment, jail, having your license revoked and not being allowed to get one for a year or so, fines, citations, ... almost any thing you could imagine but usually nothing. Just go get insurance and take proof to court and they will most likely drop that one. IDK about the suspended license. If it was suspended for unpaid tickets say you didn't know it was suspended, pay the tickets and hopefully they will let it slide. |
