This question should not even have been asked, but here is your answer anyway.
New law, kill one = 7 years. kill 2 = 14 years and so on.
The courts will really hurt you on this one if you do kill anyone.
If you get caught on a routine stop.
They will take your car away and crush it, very good fine, and you will be charged with, everything they can throw at you.
Oh yeh forgot to mention
dont be so damn stupid.
GET IT INSURED, IT COULD BE YOUR RELATION THAT SOMEONE LIKE YOU KILLS.
THE SAME HAPPENED TO ME.

6 points on youre license and a big fine plus youre car will be seized and you have to pay a £105.00 release fee and about 12-16 pound a day storage if you take to long to get the car back it will be crushed or if its worth a fair bit of money it will be sold |

The maximum penalties for driving without insurance are:
6-8 penalty points; and
Discretionary disqualification; and
£5000 fine.
And yes, I would inform on them, my family members
could be victims if he/she hit any of them.

I think morally the only thing you can do is confront the person and explain to them that they are behaving irresponsibly and should rectify the situation... if they refuse to then I would say it is your responsibility to speak up, or at least threaten to. |
