I believe you either take the proof to the municipality in your city, or the DMV. They will take care of it from there.

Until the Courts release your license you won't be able to renew them. Contact your case worker and he/she will be able to assist u

I hate to tell you this, but you will probably have to make up the back support payments... or buy a bicycle.

A lot of States have gone to revoking driver's licenses for lack of child support and once your license is revoked in one State, you can't even go to another State to get a new license because they will check with the national computer and... well.. like I said... you may as well plan on paying the back support.!

call the local DMV and ask them or the department of transportation in your state

Depending on the state you are in, you can go to the court and there is a form that they will fill out that will release the DMV to reissue your DL. :)

having had somewhat of the same problem I had to call the D.O.T for my state and you have to pay a reinstatement fee first time is the worst you may also have to have an SR-22 from your insurance this usually lasts for three years it doesn't cost anymore unless you are under 21 that should be all unless it has expired than you need to go toyour local DMV and get your license done
