What can we do to prevent people from getting into car accident?

do like they do in Germany, where they have no highway speed limits and very few accidents.
It goes like this: go and do what you want, but if you dare have an accident I will make sure YOU PAY DEARLY.

They're called accidents because they happen accidentally (in most cases at least)... there's always going to be something happening to cause an accident, you know?

raise driving age to 21 and lower drinking age to 18...make sure old people can hold the steering wheel without shaking...and ban all drivers who don't speak english...
and in-vehicle cell phone jammers...

Mandatory breathalyzer controls for anyone ever convicted of DUI, or a history of alcoholism. You can't start your car if you can't pass the test.
Stiffer penalties for idiots. You cause one single wreck, you pay dearly.
Phone talkers. No more. I personally almost sideswiped an SUV by not paying attention while on the phone. Never again.
Driving tests should be stricter. Any monkey could pass the tests that are required now. Actually make people LEARN how to drive safely, or no license.
Helmets. We all love how KOOL helmets look anyway, so let's wear them. Kid helmets will save kid lives, and they look really cool, and kids dig them. I wear the coolest helmets when I ride my motorcycle, and they have literally saved my life more than once. HELMETS.
Seat belts for sure. strictly enforced, and child-restraints that are actually functionable.

Safer cars!!!! The automobile industry obviously has no interest whatsoever in saving lives, because cutting corners saves money materials-wise, and the less you put into a car, the less protection a driver or passenger will have.
They make them with extremely fast, and powerful engines because everybody wants one, but the frames are made from silly-putty, and plastic. BAM!!! A split second, and everyone in the car is dead. Not an easy death. The arms and legs torn-off type of deaths.
Give me steel plates, and I will pay the $75,000.00 for it. Instead, they charge money for cars that a person could buy a house with.
Cars are KOOL, and they express our individuality as Americans. BS!!!
Give me a safe car, and quit lying about why fuel prices are so high.
My wife is one of the greatest engineering designers of all time, and together we have spent thousands of hours developing plans for safe automobiles. Environmentally friendly, powerful, and extremely stylish and KOOL. Will the industry see us? Of course not.

Drive with your headlights on! I believe Canada made it a law to drive with them on and it reduce accidents by 25%

Donâ€™t try to do anything else except concentrate on the road whilst driving. Eating, drinking and talking on the phone just serve as distractions. A dangerous situation on the road can happen in seconds, and if you are concentrating then you may avoid what otherwise could result in injury and an expensive car accident.

there's no way to stop it,because there's too many in-experienced drivers on the road,and anyone can cause an accident at any time,it would be nice to be able to do that ,but with the amount of cars on the road today,it would be impossible,its a good thought though.
