I am giving her my car and she will get the title after she pays me for it fully. What does she need to get the registration in her name in TN?

Go to DMV.com Type in state and you can find the info there.

the tittle sorry cant get registered without it and really i wouldnt sell her the car til she can pay for it just as easy to let her have it keep it in your name til she does just ad her name to your insurance
