i was in a really bad rollover accident and hurt my neck and back, the accident was my fault. your insurance will pay for your hospital bills if you are at fault, if the other driver is at fault their insurance will pay for everything plus give you compensation. if the other driver was at fault i would call a lawyer

Seems everyone is a little off about this.

First off, don't worry about you not telling your insurance company!! When bodily injury is present, most people don't report it until 4-5 days after the wreck. That's the industry standard! Generally speaking, the anxiety and everything after a wreck make it to where you just simply don't feel the pain. The next day, you're a little sore. Day after that, you're really sore. Possibly thinking about calling at that point, but you might not. Most people wait until that 4th day (when they might not even be able to walk), then call. So you're FINE!

As for who to contact...

If you were at-fault, contact your insurance company. Keep in mind, however, that unless you're in a state that requires Personal Injury Protection (PIP) or Medical Payments (MP) OR you voluntarily opted to have one of those coverages on your policy and paid extra for it OR you live in Michigan, you won't be covered by your company. You've got to have either PIP or MP on your policy for them to pay for your injuries if you were at-fault. If you don't have these coverages, you're going to be dealing with your health insurance company and praying that they pay out for accidents.

If you weren't at-fault, don't even mention it to your insurance company yet, not unless the insurance for the other driver doesn't cooperate. Contacting your company will have them open a claim on you and even if they don't pay, it'll always pull up on your reports and every company you get quoted through in the future will be asking you about it. Anyway, contact that other company as soon as possible and get that injury claim open, then go see a doctor. You'll want to see a general practitioner (family doctor) to get the recommend for a chiropractor, then go see that doctor, too. See if the family doctor can get you some muscle relaxers as well as trust me, they help SO MUCH!

You SHOULD HAVE informed your ins co right away. By not doing so, you have put yourself in a very serious position of having your claim rejected. They could say, "
how do we know something else didn't happen between a couple days ago and now."
You should seek medical help now, and notify your ins co right away. Many have 800 numbers and 24 hour claim service.
Make that call now.,

If it wasnt your fall the dude who hit you should pay for it .
If not you'll have to pay.
I was in a car wreck too my neck was hurting after couple of month spent in Chiropractors office everything is fine.

Yea.. so then they can pay for your injuries... but usally only if the accident wasn't your fault... good luck

Go to the hospital and take the bills and all from the visit, to the insurance co. Some dont require it but call and check. Depending on if it was your fault or not depens on if you will get any compensation from it.

not uncommon to be really sore after a car wreck. you should see a doctor just to be sure your ok. insurance should pay on your PIP
