I was rear ended by a car. The shop i went to gave m e a estimate for 2000$, i got it in writing from (bob)
The insurance adjuster co said they called the same shop and spoke with (john) the other guy that works in the shop. And gave a estimate that siad its 1300$ And they showed me the estimate they got.
The insuramce co will only pay me 1300$...
What should i do? why so many people giving diff numbers
Should i take em to court?
what the hell is going on...

Call a pow wow at the body shop with the insurance adjuster, you and the two guys who bid it. And find out where the difference is , Its not uncommon for the insurance to get a cheaper bid than you. They sometimes get a cheaper labor rate. Listen to what they say and keep cool. Its probably just a misunderstanding . That's what happens when to many people get involved. ................md |

Maybe it costs more to have Bob fix a car than to have John fix the car, even though they work in the same shop. Take the car to John (preferably on Bob's day off) with the estimate that John gave the insurance company, and have the car fixed for $1300. |

u have it fixed at that shop, tell them how much it was and tell them to repay u. if they dont, then sue them |
