I understand that they have to take their theory and driving test again, but are they banned from driving from a certain amount of time before they are allowed to take these retests?

no m8 all it is is if u get 6 points within firs two years of passing your test (plus any forwarded that u recieve whilst on ur original proviosnal)u'll have to go back 2 provisonal conditions and resit both parts of the test before being allowed back on a full license, dosent mean u'll get any length of ban unless of course you commit a very serious offence like drink driving etc |

Your licence is revoked. You have to apply for a new provisional licence and observe the rules for provisional holders until such time as you take your tests again. There's no specific delay required. |

You loose your licence, and have to re-apply for a provisional and do both tests again. |

i got 6 points after apssing my test but no your not banned you just need to retake both tests |

Depends on the offence, you can have your license removed but if no banned is imposed, it's down to how long it takes you to pass your test |
