That depends on the officer...they can still run your license by your name and date of birth...they can give you a ticket for not carrying your license or they might give you a warning. Just the luck of the draw. Good luck! :c) |

You will get a citation. If you can prove to a judge that you actually have a license, you may get by with a smaller fine or a case dismissed. A condition of the license is that you have it with you, so even though you have a license, failure to carry is still a violation. |

I have been pulled over seveeral times when I'd left my licence at home. I knew all the information on it and was very polite to the officer. They just reminded me to always carry it, I have never been cited for not having it. |

i got pulled over for speeding w/o my license. they took my pic and cited me on both things. the license citation was dropped when i showed my license either with in 48 or 72 hours. |

Officer will run your name and if you have a valid license, do nothing else other than give you a ticket resulting in a small fine. (around $20-25). |

Depends on what state your in. Here in Oregon if you fail to present ID when asked they can arrest on the spot. You use to have 24 hours but they changed it last year, not sure why. |

you would probably get a fine if when they run your license you actually do have one when you go to court you show them you have it and they reduce fine |

You'll be paid a small fine if you can prove you have a license. If you can't, you will be fined a lot. But you don't have to worry about that. |
