you'll get points and a fine, you can be disqualified, and may well be if you were caught speeding.
if you arent too honest and were caught by a normal speed camera and have other people insured on the car you were driving who are nice, then you could let them take the blame and say that they were driving, however of course this is really very illegal and if it was found that you were in fact driving you could be in big trouble, its not really recommendable. you're best to just take the punishment for your crime and hope that you dont get disqualified and then not get caught again speeding, as you're virtually guaranteed 6points, which means when you pass you cant do anything wrong in the 2 year probationary period. there is no point claiming that you did have a supervisor for 2 reasons, firstly if the camera took a picture of the front they can probably see you didnt and secondly you and whoever you claim is your supervisor can both be liable (actually the supervisor more so for not being responsible). |

you can drive as long as you have someone over the age of 21 or has held a full license for 3 years , if not you will be fined and loose your license! |

If you're caught anywhere in the UK "Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence" you get 3 - 6 points plus hefty fine and/or community sentence. |

If your driving and have someone in the car with you that's over 21 and has held a full license for over 3 years then nothing!
Other wise your insurance will be void though as you will be insured as a provisional driver, so you should legally be accompanied by someone over 21 who's had a full licence for 3 years!
They will probably put point onto your license for when you get it, might fine you, you could have to go to court to have ban so you can not hold a license for something like 12 months!
It's easier to just take your driving test |

You can't be insured if you don't have a full valid license. Your license is only valid if you have someone whose a license holder over 21 driving with you.
Whatever it is you're planning - please don't, because when you crash and write someone's car off or, worse still, maim, injure or kill them, its mugs like me that end up paying extra in insurance premiums.
Just take your test - if you bright enough to sort out everything else a test should be easy. |

You're looking at a shedload of penalty points and fines that could total up to £6000.
If you are a learner driver in the UK, these are the legal requirements under which you can drive;
*Learners driving a car MUST hold a valid provisional licence. They MUST be supervised by someone at least 21 years old who holds a full EC/EEA licence for that type of car (automatic or manual) and has held one for at least three years. [Laws MV(DL)R reg 16 & RTA 1988 sect 87]
*Vehicles. Any vehicle driven by a learner MUST display red L plates. In Wales, either red D plates, red L plates, or both, can be used. Plates MUST conform to legal specifications and MUST be clearly visible to others from in front of the vehicle and from behind. Plates should be removed or covered when not being driven by a learner (except on driving school vehicles). [Law MV(DL)R reg 16 & sched 4]
*You MUST pass the theory test (if one is required) and then a practical driving test for the category of vehicle you wish to drive before driving unaccompanied. [Law MV(DL)R reg 40]
If you drive other than in accordance with the legal requirements above, any insurance you have will be invalid.
Penalties are as follows;
Offence code: LC20 - Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence (learner drivers driving alone, without proper supervision, or without displaying ‘L plates) 3-6 penalty points plus a fine of up to £1000
Offence code: IN10 - Using a vehicle uninsured against third party risks. 6-8 penalty points plus a fine of up to £5,000 plus the court can impose a discretionary driving ban
In addition, all penalty points will be carried forward from your provisional licence onto your full driving licence when you pass your driving test. From the day anyone passes their Practical Test, they are then on a 24 month "probation period" under the Road Traffic (New Drivers) Act 1995 - this means that if you get 6 or more penalty points on your licence within two years of passing your driving test the DVLA will revoke (take away) your driving licence. Penalty points are valid for three years, so any points you already have on your licence before you pass the Practical Test count towards the total of 6.
Did you get caught or are you asking for information purposes only? |

you can drive on a provisional licence as long as you have someone who has a full licence in the car. If not, a fine and probably a ban. |

I take it you were driving on your own, then you may get charged and taken to court or you may just get fined. |
