I was recently in a car accident that was totally my fault, however I did not have insurance at the time. The other driver and I agreed that I would pay off her damages without getting insurance companies or police reports, but she called her insurance anyway. How can that affect me?

Uhm, since she let the insurance know, if there were no witnesses to this you could possibly deny the whole thing and she'll get stuffed.
If you don't do this you will get in trouble for driving without insurance.
But don't take my advice as the right thing to do is to admit fault and accept all consequences that come from driving without insurance and then causing accidents. |

The person you hit is going to sue the CRAP out of you! Now you know why it is absolutely stupid to drive anywhere without insurance. The accident was your fault, you had no insurance. Any judge will look at that and give you negative tolerance. Yer screwed! |
