say someone grabs on to a car door to stop another person because that person has hit another car and they are trying to quote preform a hit and run, the car preforming this then drives off throwing the woman on the ground what is there punishment?

you go to jail and have to pay for damages. 12 pts on you license (bye bye license) and heavy fines. you can also get charged with various forms of assault and wreckless endangerment for driving with someone holding onto your car. i hope it wasn't you doing the driving |

Well (and im really hoping this isnt you who did this) you should expect the police to show up at your house in a few days. You will be charged with something MORE then a hit and run (this wasnt just another car after all) and you will likely end up with very steep fines and penalties as well as possible jail time and a life record.
It amazes me how selfish people are. |

Punishment varies but the person can expect to lose their license for a while, pay a ton of fines, and possibly go to jail depending on the severity of the injuries. |
