would would happend if i were to be at fault? it was for hitting a parked car. and it's in california, and i'm 20 yrs old. what has happend to you? What should i do? PLease help. the cops inpounded my truck and i have to wait until monday to call to the case worker, and it's saturday night.

Get an attorney first thing Monday. You could be facing jail time. They can charge you all sorts of mean nasty stuff. You will probably have to pay for the damages, impound and tow fees, fines and penalties as well as the attorney just to stay out of "real" trouble.

you need to get an attny. they are about to rape you my friend and it's going to be really expensive to get your car out too.
