You can take your vehicle to any shop you choose to be repaired. I would advise taking the vehicle to an "approved" shop because if you are not happy with the repairs you just tell your insurer. If you go to a shop that isn't approved, and you are not happy with the repairs, well your insurance company is going to tell you to take that up with the repair shop yourself. |
