call the big nationals (progressive, Nationwide. Allied, Geico, etc.) and get quotes-ask what the coverages are, and what is required-then call the agencies who 'broker' insurance-that is, they write lots of companies, so they can choose the best rate.
and beware of add-ons; lots of agencies add legal coverage, towing, life, and the like, and make it a condition of financing-and don't tell you these are not required coverages. (it's called 'sliding" if they don't disclose-and it is ILLEGAL.) |

i am not at al sure where you are but if you are in england then you cannot have a car at all until you are 17 and even then you will find that you will have a great deal of difficulty getting insurance and it will be very very expensive no matter what car you have. many companies will not even insure you at all. |
