- I was choking on my gum, and I hit a tree.
- The cops got me (if you want that kind of reputation)

- Some dude hit my car.

Lying to an insurance company is called material misrepresentation and is a felony of the 3rd degree, which is prison time. I'm an Insurance Agent and believe me, I've seen some good people go to prison for doing stuff like that! Be careful!

say that you were working somewhere until real late so when you got in your car you were drowsy, so while driving you didn't notice this car that was coming at you so when you finally saw it you swerved and boom
