I'm 16, about to be 17, and I had to renew my permit. My first permit said the back that I was only aloud to operate a motor vehicle with a parent/gaurdian over the age of 21, but the one I just got says I must be with a "valid license holder"... it doesnt say any age limits. What does this mean?

The person that you would be riding with would need to have an up to date license. Valid means that it is good meaning, not suspended, or revoked.
