What is the best car insurance that isn't expensive for a under 25 year old driver?

I am currently trying to get a car and I need to find a good insurance company that isn't expensive.....ha ha

There are too many factors that determine car insurance rates. Your best bet would be to compare multiple quotes from as many reputable companies as possible. I would suggest using one of the free on-line quoting services like http://www.InsuranceEasy.org or one similar. By using these free services you will be able to get multiple quotes with least amount of work.

It totally depends on the state you live in, your driving history, if you have prior insurance, and often your credit history. I am an agent that sells for many companies - As far as getting a good company, with good customer service. I would look to a local agent that sells progressive. Good rates, and they are a nationwide company with claims represenatives everywhere.
