I am 19 years old, I am listed as an inexperienced driver so my insurance is going to be like sky high! The prices I got was like around 300 and something a month. I don't have that kind of money at the moment but in August I will be subbing in the schools and I'm going to have to drive myself some days, I can use my parents car for while. So I need to know what kind of permit can I get at my age and do I have to have someone with me 21 yrs of age or older in the car with me? Please hlp I need to know this as soon as possible...Thanx!

It depends on the state, which you don't mention. At 19, you should be able to get a full license and not need a learner's permit, but if you do need one, you'll have to have an adult with you when driving. Check the web site for your state's DMV for details. |
