Just ask her if she accidentally hit your car and show her the spot. See what she does and then ask react calmly.

Does your work parking lot have a camera? If so I'd ask them if you can view the video.

I think something similar happened to my coworker once where she suspected her neighbor hit her car but didn't say anything. I think she called the cops and they had to go to their neighbor's house to inspect the car. But I don't think they found out anything about it though.

If you have no witnesses then it your word against hers.Only if you can prove it.

Have an insurance person come out and look at it and maybe they can see what part of her car hit yours.

If you think that you want your car fixed , then you should talk to her and then , yes file a report and or have a insurance investigator look at your pictures. If you take picture first of her car and your car then it would be hard for her to try to change or deny what you are presenting. If she is truly a B-t head then you have nothing to loose. If she is just a hard person to talk to then let the facts talk for you. No one should get a free ride just because they act like theirs smells like roses and we stink. If she was a stranger how would you handle this. So what is stopping you now. Just step up to the plate and remember this isn't high school this is real life.

Just contact your insurance company. Tell them what you think. They will investigate and make some decision.

Hmm, I personally would confront her and say, "hey I noticed a dent on my car, and the paint was from your car, so I hope we can resolve this by you acknowledging you hit my car, and apologizing." If she denies it, which she probably will, then say "well, I'm sorry that you feel the need to lie to me about it, but I just thought I should let you know that I know what you did, and I don't appreciate it."

I would compare as best I could the paint scraping. Also try checking her front or back bender and the sides of her car to see if there is any damage. If you're sure it's the same or at least somewhat sure it's her fault, tell her straight out what you noticed. Blame someone else even. Say "It's my grandma's car. She will kill me. I need you pay to have that area sanded/repainted/whatever it is that will fix it."
