Other person's name, address phone number, drivers license number, plate of the person's car, and the insurnace name and information. Make sure to get a detailed look at all the damage on both your car and the other person's car. it's great to cary a disposible camera in the glove box to take pictures of the accident.
The insurance company will ask for all the information at the time you file the claim against them. |

always call the police to make a police report. people always get f-ed over by not doing this.
take pictures of the damage, even if it is with a cell phone camera. this way if they try to dispute the damage, you have proof. you should take pictures of both cars.
