What the best insurance company for me?

I've been much happier since I switched to Geico from Allstate.

Sooo my mom has been an insurance agent for 20+ years, and I used to work as a receptionist/ customer service rep. at two agencies myself so I know my stuff. First off a 19 year old new male driver of a racecar will not have low insurance. Not going to happen no matter what company you look at. Males have higher rates then females, below 25 is a higher rate the over 25, racecar is higher then a sedan, and new is higher then experienced. You should call up a few local agencies(most private agencies will be affiliated with allstate, statefarm, farmers, progressive etc.)and shop around for quotes, They will then take down all of your personal info(including the vin#, milage your personal info etc.)and call you back within a day with prices from all or most of their companies. Then you pick the best one for you. Good luck!

I currently am with Geico who offered me the cheapest rate.

In California, where I live, you can opt to keep $30,000 in a savings account instead of having insurance. Medical coverage is probably the biggest importance. Who cares about a 45,000$ car when you just incurred 200,000 in hospital bills.

I urge you to check into Met life Car Insurance. I did have it and I love the way the insurance rebate the dividend after I insure for a year. ( I insure $450 and received $ 140.00 back.) Good luck.

no stories here but Geico is your best choice, companies like state farm and allstate won't insure drivers if they didnt have their licenses for very long or if they do they will charge lots of money trust me! unless your parents can include you if they have those companies, I would stay away from them! very pricey and may reject you!

At 19 and driving (your words now) a race car, there is no such thing as cheap insurance for you.

I'd suggest you find an independent agent and have him search based on your information, but be prepared to pay a lot with whatever is best for you.

most major insurance companies out there will offer good quality service. They all know that you can just switch to the competitor if you dont like their service so any national company should be good.

Get an online quote at http://www.auto-insurance-knowledge.com/24-hour-insurance-quote-auto.html This will compare all the major companies in your area and give you the best prices. Once you have the list of what each company offers you its up to you to decide who you want to go with (I would pick the cheapest one!)

No doubt the easiest way to get insurance quotes is on the web.
Why would you waste your time on the phone calling around?
the last time i needed quotes on insurance i used one of these comparison sites and it was great.
this is the site i used and it was quick like less than 5 mins.
The last thing I want to do is listen to elevator music while waiting for a salesman.
Anyway I got good quotes and ended up saving money so I was happy.
So shop around and compare quotes which is easy on the net.

You should try getting insurance quotes first. Insurance.com is a site that you can do that at. N & N Insurance has really good recommendations and I've heard good things about GEICO.

yes my friend i work for an insurance company, you're looking for 1 company specficily like allsate or statefarm, i tottally recommend you to see an INSURANCE BROKER, they do quotes not with just one company many! The place i work for quoets insurance for AIG,INFINITY,PROGRESSIVE,SAFECO,GMAC, the list just goes on, its better to see an insurance broker because they check many companys, all you need is your liences birthdate and they do everything up front, check your dmv records your car, any dmgs and they give you a quote. try yellow pages for INSURANCE BROKER, dont just look up one company talk to a broker he'll help you out

lol funny good cheap insurance and ur only 19 and drive a race car....those words are not gonna go together for u when looking for insurance...but u cand try...nationwide they might give u a decent quote

i like Amica. might not be the cheapest because you havent had your licence very long but all insurance companys take advantage of that... but you get what you pay for and they are really really nice at Amica, I've never had any problems with them.

Best thing to do is call a number and ask for estimates.
Unfortunatly for you, you are in the highest paying interest rate as far as car insurance as a male under age 24.
Shop around and make sure you tell all of the places that your shopping around. Compare prices to them, say- oh interesting that would cost this much here, the other place said that much.
Don't let them sell to you, salesman can be tricky. Try to stay in controle of the situation and you will get a better deal. Make sure you know what you want.
