I know I will have to talk with a lawyer but has anyone else been charged lately.
I blew a 2.8 and 2.5, well over the 0.8.
Got a possession charge under schedule III but it should be schedule II (was in possession of a bong and less than 2 g of maryjane.

First off the legal limit is 0.08, not 0.8. You can talk to a lawyer but it's not going to be cheap to find someone who will defend you, plus I SERIOUSLY doubt they're going to be able to do much for you. You're not going to find a sympathetic judge, and all any lawyer is going to be able to do is avail to the mercy of the court. What should you do? Surrender your license, sell your car and get yourself into rehab. You realize that blowing that amount is pretty much at the level you need to be legally dead? Plus you had a bong and pot on you. I would use this as a wake up call that your life is quickly sliding into the gutter. If you don't do something drastic soon you're going to soon kill yourself and worse yet someone else. |

I am guessing the dui will be the more serious and expensive of the two charges. I doubt they will let you slide on that given you blew 3 times the legal rate. It being just a couple of bowls of weed, I doubt you are in too much trouble for that(probably just a fine). You really need to talk to a lawyer. |
