If you already have license and insurance but didn't have proof that's nothing.
If you didn't have a license or insurance at the time. You're screwed.
Here in NC they'll take your car tag if you don't prove insurance. |

You are in deep trouble and are looking at a BIG fine. Ohio is known by interstate truckers as being one of the worse states to get stopped in.
Getting your license is not going to help, because they will take it away, but if you want someone to drive you around in your car you will need the insurance for them to be able for them to be able to drive your car.

Big fines. Did you go to jail? You do in most states for driving without a license. If you did, then your fines will likely be slightly more than your bail was.

When you were caught, you had no insurance. Getting insurance after the fact won't make any difference. You could get anything from a small fine to losing your liscense. Some states have jail time, but not likely if it is your first offense. Just be glad you didn't cause a wreck - you'd be in ginormous trouble then. Good luck. |

I got pulled over once when I was younger for not having my license and insurance, even though I had them...just not in my car. The cop said I could go to the police station within 10 days and pay a small fee and show proof of license and insurance. You'll still have to pay for running a stop sign. |

Well here in WI , what happens is that they usually release the charge if you have all the info... or drop it down to .. driving without license on person... with a zero point voilation. IF you are a habitual, they may make the charges stick and make you pay the fine. Depends on how your driving record is... but thats just here. |

you'll have to pay for your ticket, insurance will go up, licenses may get suspended or revoked. the worst thing could be going to jail for a few days or community services depending on your state law. i doubt you would go to jail for this.

Getting a liscence and insurance now (after the fact) will do you no good. And you'll just have to contest that you didn't run the stop sign I don't know how far that will get you though. You'll probably get a fine (not sure how much in your state) for the charges you mentioned. Good Luck. |

They'll send you something in the mail that you can just plead guilty and pay the fine without having to go to court. |

You will get a fine and have to pay it. You may also be asked to attend "traffic school." Your auto insurance premiums will assuredly go up as well. |

Ha! You can just say/lie that you were going to the DMV to get your licenses and that no one would take you. But one thing you can do is pray that you won't go to jail. Good Luck! |

A huge fine. Sure it would be good to get your license and insurance it will make you look better, but as for the tickets you recieved without those 2 things, your gonna get hit hard with a big fine and possibly have your newly acquired license taken away. |

What, u need to be more specific when asking.When u say u didn't have a license or insurance how did u mean it?Didn't have it on u or didn't have them at all? if the later then your screwed and will be either imprisoned or face community punishment and have driving ban or disqualification |

you won't be able to get you license now, and probably not for a long time that is up to the court to decide why didn't you have insurance or a drivers license you really deserve what you get sorry !! you made your bed now lie in it !! |
