my sitter has been caught driving with out insurance and her husband has been caught twice driving with out insurance (mind you they only have one car). i am just wonder if they get caught again driving with out insurance and my child is in the car. what would happen?

I don't see why the police would be interested in a child being in a car driven without insurance (driving without insurance is legal in New Hampshire and Wisconsin) ..But it sounds like they are being pulled over for something else and driving dangerously for some other reason, so the child is in a vehicle being pulled over a lot for some other driving violation.
Just because someone is driving without insurance, doesn't mean the driver is more apt to cause a wreck, although most driving without insurance have bad driving records and they cannot afford the insurance. |
