So my friend crashed into the side of a car when going past a red light. The 2 passengers went to the hospital and are still alive. What will happen to my friend?

He'll probably get sued and have to pay a couple thousand dollars for the injury claims plus money to repair the other persons car. He'll probably have to pay to fix his own car as well. His license will likely be suspended due to no liability insurance and if it isn't, you can be assured that the other parties' attorney(s) will have it suspended after they make a judgement against your friend.
Unless he has insurance, then everything will be just dandy. |
