I wish people would stop asking for insurance quotes here, since there's no way we can give meaningful answers. There are insurance agents on the forum, but we're not YOUR agent, so we really can't help you. You'll have to talk with an agent or company rep for firm figures. Right now your only real choice is your parents' policy, but you will get the multi-car discount, which may help. Color won't affect your rates--but it could affect your driving!

Hey I'm 16 and live in Houston and my insurance is like 1200 per year (90/month) and I dont even have a car. Mustangs are ridiculous to insure so 300+ a month for sure.

Probably about double whatever it is now. I just got added to my parents insurance and even with a newish not fast car and a good grade discount it was doubled.
