First, moron, you might start by ASKING the insurance company why they are denying payment. Your sister could be excluded from the policy. If so...then you may as well sell her to a sultan overseas because you ain't getting paid otherwise. |

You cannot kill her, she is your sister (figured speech).
Talk to her and express how you feel about it. I think she will be reasonable and cooperative financially. In the event she doesn't that will be her loss. (privileges are canceled from you to her). You do no sew family members (that's not nice). |

If I let my sister drive my car, without having proper insurance coverage that would cover a accident , a driver other than myself then it is my loss because I allowed her to drive under these conditions. |

in a court of law u really cant sue her u where at fault for letting her drive youyr car and if she is not on your ins no they are not going to pay know if she has ins depending on the state you RE IN U MIGHT BE ABLE TO FILE A CLM WITH THem |

I'm going to skip the name calling and just tell you that it's hard to help you when you leave facts out. I'm assuming that you don't have collision coverage (which would make no sense if you have a loan) so there's no way your insurance could pay. In that case, if you don't want to SUE her (if you sew her then you'd be using a needle and thread, which might help if you need to keep her in one place and the thread is super strong) then you can only ask her to pay for the damage over time.
If your insurance company won't cover it and you have collision, but the policy was violated when she drove, the answer is the same. I'm sure they have grounds for not paying it. You still have to pay your loan. |

Get a lawyer and appeal the decision by the insurance company. If that doesn't work, send a partial bill to your sister. It's your shared responsibility. Yours for not having the insurance coverage for her, but letting her use the car. Hers for doing the damage to the car. |
