In the UK, you must be 17 to drive on a provisional licence, unless you are registered for mobility due to a disability and then you can learn from the age of 16.
You can apply for the licence up to 2 months before your birthday, but MUST NOT drive until you are 17 (or 16).
You can apply for your theory test, once you receive the licence (you need the licence number), but again you cannot take the test until your birthday. You cant apply for a practical test until you pass your theory test. |

Where? Alaska, 15. Each state and country has its own rules regarding the age you can start your driving experience, and since you didn't mention where you are from (remember, this is an international site) no one will be able to tell you until you do.
Or, you could look it up on the web page for your state or country and find out yourself. |

You cannot learn to drive a car until you are 17. You can apply for your licence up to 2 months in advance this date. However if you get the higher rate of the mobility section of Disability Living Allowance then you can have the provisional at age 16.
You cannot book your theroy test until your licence becomes active. |

Wait as long as you can save up money buy something nice. Insurance costs will chew up a lot of money you can use for car buying. And get into higher education first before you distract your self from your studys. Staying out all night crashing your car with friends in it at night is the largest cause of death among teen age boys and girls a close second cause of death. Trying to pay for a car and insurance you will have to get a job. Take a performance driving car control school "thedriversedge.com" |

This depends because the graduated licensing program age requirements vary from state to state. In CA, you can apply for your permit at 15 1/2 and get your provisional license at 16. You should try check out the "First Time drivers" section at DMV.ORG to see the basic application process for teen drivers. Just select your state once you get to the page below.

Depends where you live. If you like in the UK then you can apply for your provisional when you are 16 and you can do your theory then as well but you cant learn to drive till you are 17. If you pass your theory then you have 2 years till its invalid and you need to take it again. |
