When does the 30 days start when something is valid for 30 days?

I'm going to go test for a driver's license. One of the required documents is a certificate of attendance which is "valid for thirty days." At the bottom of the certificate, it says, "Present to DMV within 30 days." The date on the form is January 29th of this year. Will this form still be valid today (Feb 28)?

30 days from issue... and yes, today would be the last day you are legal.
