If you are a full time student living away from home, you can legally still use your home address for everything.

The address on your driver's license should be your permanent address. So if still consider your parents' house to be "home" then that one would be fine to keep.

I know in Louisiana if you're address is not the correct one on your license they can give you a ticket for that.
