with some policies, you can be listed as driver on a specific car, usually the cheapest one for you to drive (that is, the oldest cheapest car, usually) others allow you to drive any vehicle listed on the policy. it always depends on many other factors besides age and gender to figure premium. drivers' ed. could be a discount, so is a GPA of 3.5 or better. Female is good. never getting any tickets will keep it low. call your parents' agent; they ought to be willing to talk to you, if they want your business later. |
