The PP poster is correct in 3 to 5 years, it also depends on the severity. For example, in Ohio & my company we'll look first at the last 3 years for "minor" things like speeding tickets and things like that but then at 5 years for a "major" such as a DUI. So the severity of your bad driving charges and their timing and how many you have are taken into consideration. |

Major things, 5 years. "In the past 5 years have you lost your license for driving while under the influence, or were charged with vehicular manslaughter or similar crimes?" |
