When taking the vision test to get your permit, would you still receive your permit if you fail with one eye ?

i had surgery in my right eye a while ago and im gonna have another one in about 6 months to correct the vision in my right eye . right now it's really blurry and i can't really see anything in it . i passed the written exam in my driver's ed class and i was given this blue slip as proof and i think it might expire soon so i need to get my permit before that . my left eye is good by the way . i know i won't have trouble with it . it's just my right eye im worried about .

Why worry?? You will find out when the state gives you the eye test! Its very easy-- takes only a minute or two. And if you fail that --wear your glasses, or contacts--if you dont pass this test-- do you really want to be driving & kill yourself (or someone ) else? Better to be SAFE then SORRY! What was wrong with your right eye has probably been corrected since the surgery! Being honest & truthful dont hurt either. Explain this to the State Drivers office & they will tell you what to do!
