You should go to the police station and ask them, they are very kind helpful people and are always willing to help.
Doesnt matter what the situation if you cant afford it then dont get it. The rest of us do it that way.

There is no place that we (the honest people) know of that you can get forged or fake papers. Whatever the problem is with the car and what ever the cost, no matter what the situation is, you need to manage your money better. I know what it is like to be dirt broke poor. There was a point in my life where I was making 5 bucks an hour taking care of a wife and 2 kids. It's not easy. But going and breaking the law so youâ€™re able to drive will cause more problems. If you end up getting in a wreck, someone finks on you, your butt is going to end up in jail, youâ€™re going to have more finical problems and you'll end up losing the car all together. Trust me there are other ways to get around and resolve your problem. Being deceitful is not one of them. Forgery is not something you want to have on your head. it makes it very difficult for people to trust you after that. Please find another way to get your car properly registered.

Sorry, but a question about a totally illegal activity only deserves smart-@$$ comments. If somebody ran into my car, and injured a member of my family, and I found out they had faked a safety on a crap car, I would be tarring and feathering them. I don't care what anybody is going through, fake inspections are deadly. Thank goodness, where I come from, there is computer tracking of all inspection numbers, and inspection and testing of all inspection stations, so a fake cannot ever be registered here.
Forgery of government documents can land you in jail, by the way.

I could give a crap about your situation. Truth is, you're an idiot for asking these kinds of questions, especially when you can be IP traced with no cause. Besides, you have internet access, right? If you pay for that, save money by getting it cut off and pay what's really important.

Wow... you guys are brutal. haven't any of you at some point or another wanted to bend the rules for your own gain. I can relate with this guy. I have been laid off due to outsourcing of my work to a foreign country and have 5 mouths to feed in this economy. so yea i can relate to dead broke. I drive a 1997 Dodge ram pick-up. not very pretty but paid for. at my last inspection it coded a P0783 thats a transmission code. The truck runs great with the exception of not going into overdrive when it gets hot but I only use the ride for in town purposes. Other that that It has been kept in proper running condition. Now it wont pass inspection unless i drop a new $1500 in a rebuilt trany. No emissions problems lights, brakes, turn signals and all other components working properly but I feel that I'm getting bent over because i cant afford to fix the problem. I don't agree in falsifying the inspection documents. But i would like to see an adjustment on the rules to only regulate safety & emissions concerns. Peace in Peace out.
