The odds are against you because of your age. Most places when the rent you a car will offer you a Collision Damage Waiver, which is like collision insurance without liability insurance.

you cant, why not hire a car? you will look good driving a new car around and it will be insured thru the hire company |

do you live with your parents? if so if you have a license you have to be on there insurance and you can't just take yourself off once they know you were on there. |
