Where can you get a license but without taking a road test with the instructor, i just want to past the writing test.

If life was like an episode of the Sopranos you could ask Tony to bribe his guy down at the DMV to give you a license. But since this is real life you have to do what every one else has done take the road test. If you don't you won't get your license! |

I don't know of any town or city that will allow you to have a license without a road test. If you are renewing your license, you don't have to take a road test. The fact that you are asking for no test makes me fearful for you and for others on the road. It sounds as if you are not ready to drive or you are trying to hide something from instructors. I would concentrate on the laws and rules of the road before thinking of going for an exam. Please take this into consideration for your safety and the well-being of others. |

You cant, its not allowed. I assume u are talking about a Class- C, not a racing or the sort. |

you cant, writing test is for learners permit, to get your license you HAVE to take a road test. |
