Common sense says that if it was your Motor Vehicle Department that suspended your drivers license that is where you would go to get it re-instated. |

I dont know about your state but in nebraska you just do it at the local DMV, which if u live in a small rural town like i do its also the county court house. So its most likly the DMV site itslef if not its at the county court house |

Assuming you have done all the things imposed on you by the court when the license was suspended, and have receipts to show you have done them, you go before the hearing officer at the IL DMV and request a return, They will review, and collect the reinstatement fee at that time if they return it, or tell you what you need to do. |
