Here is my case: I have a Scooter 's insurance with a large known insurance company A, but I got the insurance through an insurance broker B.
Now the insurance A says that my "broker's policy" doesn't cover something I claim and therefore cannot indemnify my claim, but the policy of A DOES cover this.
I did receive the policy of A when I open my insurance with Broker so I always thought my policy was A and never heard of a broker's policy that would amend A.
Have you ?

I got an answer from the insurance broker B : they only provide the policy of their insurance supplier A, so it seems that the answer I got from A trying to refuse me a cover as a bit too fast.
I will contest it as policy of A does cover what I was claiming.

One policy is always primary (first).
You would need to more more info on what company A coverage is and what company B coverage is.
What you are saying is possible, but more info is needed. And, laws vary by state so it might help knowing what state your in too. |
