Hi in the uk,
I had a semi major car accident where the driver admitted liability, After seeing the specialist at no cost to me ,within a week they made me a offer, but with the understanding you cant claim more if the injury gets worse.
They also paid for my time off work and the physio i recieved.
But I was lucky I was with norwich union one of the bigger company's |
